Business Profile

East Lindsey Advice Project - Profile East Lindsey Advice Project was founded in 2015 and our aim is -
To provide a free to access community advice service, in readily
accessible locations across the East Lindsey District, as well as email and telephone support for those wo prefer such an option. The traditional advice and support services, are now needed more than ever but, owing to these financial conditions, have opted to exclude many potential clients in the name of fast throughput and short-term good impressions for prospective funders. We believe that client experience should take priority over notions of political-correctness and statistic gathering. We aim never to exclude or place severe time restrictions on anyone regardless of their abilities. Empowerment is an objective, but no one will be prevented from accessing any suitable help and advice so required
Our principal base is located in Louth area, At Trinity Church every Wednesday morning and Louth Library every Friday (0930 until 2:30 pm) - with free to access outreach services also operating at Mablethorpe Coastal Centre (Victoria Road Mablethorpe) every Tuesday and Alford ACCess Centre (47 West Street, Alford) every Thursday. We endeavour to provide services for all those residents who have found themselves excluded from accessing other advice services of late - due to office opening times not being conducive to public transport availability, and telephone advice services excluding many rural areas from their non-geographic, oftens expensive to access and largely inefficient, call centres
